By accessing or using Easy Job Planner ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Easy Job Planner is a cloud-based job management platform that helps service businesses manage jobs, quotes, invoices, scheduling, and customer records. The Service is provided via web and mobile applications.

3. Account registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Free trial and subscriptions

We offer a free trial period for new accounts. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription. Subscription details, including pricing and plan features, are available on our pricing page.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Your data and content

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to host, store, and process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring that Your Content does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.

7. Availability and support

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. Support is provided according to your subscription plan.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Easy Job Planner and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as permitted.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
• We will make your data available for export for 30 days following termination.
• After 30 days, we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through a notice on our website at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
